Development of two European Commission(EC) projects to propose Policy solutions on eHealth to Member states. My role as project manager was to assure that the project objectives were reached along with the planning of activities, control financial and resources reports and report to EC the intermediate and final project reports status.

X-eHealth - exchanging electronic Health Records in a common framework: X-eHealth gathers 36 consortium partners plus 5 collaborative partners and 6 eHealth skilled experts, to develop the Generic Aspects to System Architecture and Integration and distinguished by policy and political actors mixed with national competent authorities to concretely plan, implement and maintain national eHealth infrastructures.

eHealth Action Project eHealth Action – Joint Action supporting the eHealth: With a Consortium composed by representatives from 30 EU countries, the eHealth Action aims to reflect digital health importance as a complementary resource for public health and services.  Exploring technologies and tools to facilitate chronic disease management, increasing the sustainability and effectiveness of health systems, enabling personalized care and empowering.

For both project was also defined the processes for the governance model and a sustainability plan for post 2021.
